What we learned in the first months with pilot clubs

15 January 2026

The first months with pilot organizations taught us more about real sports management than any market study ever could.

Learning 1: The problem is rarely where it appears to be. Clubs say they need communication. In reality, they need centralization — a single place where information exists and is updated.

Learning 2: Adoption depends on simplicity, not features. What sticks is what works without an instruction manual.

Learning 3: Human accompaniment is irreplaceable. Technology can automate processes, but it cannot replace the presence of someone who knows the organization's context.

These learnings shaped how we build the product and how we work with each partner.
